Rep. Burlison: Mayorkas used his authority to ‘circumvent and subvert’ our nation's laws

Representative Eric Burlison (R-MO) says there’s overwhelming evidence proving Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas’ violated the law with his handling of the southern border. “This individual has passed numerous measures that have created this catch-and-release policy when he knows that he’s required to detain individuals according to the law. He does not have the option to release,” says Rep. Burlison.
