The ICJ's refusal to order Israel to halt its relentless four-month bombardment and ground invasion of the strip, despite a case filed by South Africa, has once again highlighted the inadequacies of international bodies when it comes to taking decisive action. It is disheartening to witness yet another failure to uphold justice when it matters the most.

What makes this situation even more perplexing is the rapidity with which the ICJ issued an arrest warrant against Putin, while exhibiting extreme caution in holding Netanyahu accountable. This double standard is deeply concerning and raises questions about the impartiality and fairness of the ICJ's judgments.
