This total body 25-minute negatives workout is designed to target all the major muscle groups and guaranteed to make you feel the muscular burn!

I am using a cloth mini-band, an elastic loop band, 5 and 10 pound dumbbells, and my trusty yoga mat in today's program. You don't need to have equipment to have a successful workout; training shoes are optional and there is no impact in this series.
