Ingredients:

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Prepare Peanut Butter Mixture:

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup). Microwave for 30 seconds or until softened. Stir until well combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, chocolate protein powder, mini chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated and forms a thick, sticky dough.

Press Into Pan:

Chill and Set:

Slice Into Bars:

Once chilled, remove the pan from the refrigerator and lift the parchment paper to remove the block of bars. Place it on a cutting board and slice into bars of your desired size.
