The City of Grand Rapids is surveying random households

The National Community Survey will see randomly selected households receiving a postcard from the city over the next few weeks, asking residents to take a 15 minute survey containing 31 questions. Those questions will range from topics about quality of life, city services, opportunities in the community and more. The results will then be used to improve services and will be used in discussions around the city's budget process, which will take place later this year.
