CORRECTIONS NEEDED TO STATEMENTS MADE AT THE 2023 12 20 CLASS
>> Only the wheat teachings of the Bible are grades K-3. The tares teachings are steps backwards, not education.
>> From 22:30. The best purpose for reading the Bible is also to promote the growth of your personal relationship with the Trinity, with all of mankind, and with the rest of the life on Earth. However, that’s just another way of saying what I said about ACIM and some other scriptures.
>> At about 43:45 to at least 44:15, I was mistaken in my statement that both Leviticus and Numbers are almost all from the P document. For Leviticus that statement is true, but Numbers, like Genesis and Exodus, is a combination of J, E, and P.
>> At 45:1545:26, “the books of the Tanakh, in order and by type” should have been “the books of the Tanakh, in the order of the Protestant and Catholic canons and by type.”

>> From 57:29, the chapters to which I was referring are Hebrews 9 and 10. The verse I mentioned from about 59:23 to about 1:00:01 is Hebrews 10:14.
>> The reference from the book of Genesis is 3:1-7.
>> From 1:05:10 to at least 1:06:38, the references were to the Apostles’ Creed and the Nicene Creed. The Apostles’ Creed includes
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic Church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and life everlasting.

The Nicene Creed does not specify the body in its statement regarding the resurrection, but instead reads as follows:
I believe in one, holy, catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come.
