MTA's Jamaica Engineering Machinations - C&D Cmte. 1/29/24

We now have several projects programmed, with one built (Platform F) and one under construction, that will lay the 8-track Jamaica station permanently lame. It's called "Jamaica Capacity Improvements" but the result will be exactly the opposite. I'm at a loss regarding how to impel Construction & Design in the right direction, and expect only legal action is left as an option.
