These lies resonate with our fallen nature, feeding our selfish desires and masking the eternal consequences of following them.

Moreover, Satan often distorts God's truth, packaging his lies as half-truths, luring us into embracing them. He exploits our limited understanding and our desire for autonomy, convincing us that we can define truth and morality based on our own perspectives, rather than seeking God's wisdom.

If Satan’s primary weapon is lies, then our greatest counter weapon is the truth of God’s word. And that’s not just reading God’s word, but to wield scripture as a divine weapon.
