JKD FRIDAY NIGHT GROUP REVIEW JKD STANCES BY JKD SIFU MIKE GOLDBERG

Students who missed out on attending the first JKD Friday Night Group class, here's a review of how to move from a NEUTRAL stance into an ON-GUARD ( Bai Jong ) stance. NOTE: While I'm in the on-guard stance my ball of the foot is pressing down into the floor shifting from the rear and lead foot, while in the neutral stance it's just the rear foot, so, I can launch forward with my intercepting strike. In both stances my rear foot is angled at a 45 degree angle while the lead foot is at around a 25 degree angle as taught to me by JKD Sifu Tim Tackett. Be sure to keep your body centered!!! If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at grampsfu@yahoo.com. See y'all NEXT class on Friday at 900 S. Main Street, Suite 340, Keller, Texas, 76248 inside the Bear Creek Plaza OR call their office at (817) 675-3412 for more info.
