Workout Challenge: 10k Sled Push with a 200lb Load

Dustin and Nate decided to take on a brutal challenge. They each pushed and pulled a sled that weighed their body weight 10 kilometers, that's about 6.2 miles. After some quick math, 1 lap equals a 15yd push followed by a 15yd pull, they needed to complete 365 laps to reach that distance. Their final time was 9 hours, 22 minutes, and 20 seconds.
