Margaret has been portrayed in a fairly unidimensional way in popular culture; power hungry and pious with a myopic view of God's plan for her only son, Henry Tudor. In this fascinating interview with Margaret's biographer we learn much more about the real woman behind the enduring public image, a woman who survived the political turmoil of the 15th century but also someone who enjoyed gambling and socialising much more than we ever hear about!
