This 15-minute workout is 10 movements with no repeats featuring cardio, core and strength sculpting exercises! There is a bodyweight mobility warm up to start and includes a short cool down to wrap up this class.

Optional equipment for this workout aside from a yoga mat for the floor work is a set of ankle weights and a mini-band. Training shoes are recommended for the impactful work we do in the standing part of the workout.
