Salt to taste
Coriander pwd 1tsp
Chilli pwd 1tsp
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Chana Masala 1tsp
Ginger jullien
Chopped coriander
Baking soda 1/2tsp (add after switch off the flame)

For tadka....
Mustard oil 2tbsp
Cumin seeds1tsp
Green chilli
Hing/asafoetida 1/2tsp
