When buyer’s tell me they want to wait for home prices to drop..it’s 2024 and they ain’t dropping instead they keep going up 🤷🏾‍♂️🏠🗝️

Rarely is there a perfect time to get into real estate, but sitting on the sidelines, renting isn't it!

Maybe your not able to buy your luxury dream home yet, but you should find something you can live and be happy with for the time being.

Real estate can be a ladder. As your paying down your mortgage, the property is growing in value, tell you get to the point where you can sell it for more then you paid for. This may take 5-10 years depending on what's your goal, but if your not at the starting line your not even in the race
