I use to play videos games like fortnite and valorant and it messed me up, I will come home from school and straight play fortnite and valorant without doing homework or study for my grades and exams. I was very shy, not confident and my social life was a nightmare. my comunication skills was really bad and I was very skinny guy and wanted to gain weight since being bullied for being a skinny guy. I was also addicted to social media and my attention spam was messed up. I was addicted to tiktok, facebook, instagram and youtube. I was watching useless stuff that didn't serve me.
