They're presenting it as a dramatization. I can't understand how they'd expect to get away with this without being sued for libel, at the least, but that's their angle.

Full "movie," or whatever it is, is on Frontline. You'd have to be crazy to spend 2 hours watching this but there'll be soundbites and things to clip.
