Here I discuss and demonstrate the key variable that must be considered when introducing single leg training with your clients. Far too many coaches are not aware of this principle and jump straight to advanced exercises whilst skipping many "micro-progressions" along the way. This can put you or your clients at a higher risk of injury and that feeling of defeat when attempting some of these exercises.
