Judge Dismisses North Dakota Election Official’s Lawsuit Over State Law Forcing Him to Break US Law

A Federal Judge has dismissed the lawsuit of a North Dakota election official claiming he didn’t have standing. This is when he was suing over a state law forcing him to break Federal election laws by taking in mail-in ballots up to two weeks after the election itself is over. The judge even claimed that counting ballots that arrive after the election is over somehow doesn’t violate Federal law as part of his ruling too.
