The illegals that beat down NYPD cops cannot be arrested for fleeing the jurisdiction of New York City and state. The reason why they supposedly can’t be arrested for it is because they were released without bail even though all of them were/are major flight risks. Which of course the second they were released, they hopped on a bus to flee punishment while literally giving the finger to all of us.
