To vote for Michael Anthony Peroutka for U.S. President in 2004.

"Hi, I'm Howard Phillips.

It was my privilege to be the Constitution Party nominee for President of the United States in the year 2000. I am delighted that Michael Peroutka has agreed to be the nominee of the Constitution Party in 2004.

Michael is a man of sublime character, a deeply devout Christian, a strong family man, a man with great constitutional discernment and understanding of the issues.

As George Washington said, "It is our duty to raise a banner to which the wise and honest may repair" - recognizing that the event is in the Hand of God.

All Americans should know that Michael Peroutka is raising that banner high. And that he, because of his constitutional understanding and fidelity, is well equipped to be President of the United States.

I hope you will vote for him in November.
