Let's discuss the importance of exercise and provide some simple strategies for incorporating exercise into daily routines. Exercise can be classified into three styles: flexibility, cardiovascular activities, and strength training. I can't overemphasize the need to address all three styles for maximum benefit.

Some strategies include incorporating light stretching before bed, using a desk treadmill or going for walks during the workday, and implementing a four-minute Tabata workout for strength training.

Even small amounts of exercise can have a positive impact on health and should be prioritized.
