Today I am sharing Beef Masala Boti Recipe , Here's a flavorful and high-quality Beef Masala recipe for you:

Ingredients:

1 kg beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 large onions, finely sliced
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 green chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoons red chili powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

2 : Cooking the Beef

1.Heat vegetable oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pan or a pressure cooker.
2.Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
3.Add the remaining ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another couple of minutes until the raw aroma disappears.
4.Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate from the masala.

3: Cooking the Beef:

Add the beef to the pan and sear the meat on high heat for 5-7 minutes until it gets a nice brown color.

Add all spices . Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well combined.

Once the beef is tender and the masala is well-cooked, add ghee and stir well.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with naan or paratha....
