The purpose of this video is to satisfy your curiosity as you watch me level up on my channel. After watching this video you will know EVERYTHING I do, to level up myself. This is ALSO where I start with my clients, and how they keep levelling up.
There are 3 categories to Body Recomposition. Diet, Exercise, and Lifestyle.
This means. During your day, how can you break down muscle fibres and replenish yourself, so you can sleep for 8 hours - healing and growing stronger. There is an art to putting this schedule together for yourself.
I call them Vivid Agendas! I continuously make newer versions of my vivid agendas, trimming the fat and prioritizing what fills my cup. That way, even though we have a busy day after work, it isn't actually draining. It is recharging! Like how playing video games used to be :)
