House Bill 1520 - Establishing a family assistance car ownership pilot program in the department of health and human services.

Legislators have a fiduciary duty to the people.
Used cars have higher maintenance costs than new.
Giving people in need free cars is not the duty or purpose of government but rather charities and private sector donations.

What is the purpose of government?
To collect money and then provide the people things like cars or to protect individual liberties and guarantee inherent rights?

NH, Part First, Article 2
All men have certain natural, essential, and inherent rights - among which are, the enjoying and defending life and liberty; acquiring, possessing, and protecting, property; and, in a word, of seeking and obtaining happiness. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by this state on account of race, creed, color, sex or national origin.[
