Vid is from 7 months ago so relatively new. Audio starts 2 minutes in. Don't know if the footage of Officer Sicknick (is that even a real name) getting pepper sprayed by another cop is here.

"This is the most disorganized and self-inflicting hysteria I have seen of any organization. These officers have no guidance they show up and start tossing “sting(?)” grenades. The DC police are erratic and overwhelmed while there are older calm gentleman speaking normally to the officers on the other side of the fence. The officers have no accountability of their personnel, always asking where is so and so. They have no control of their own ordnance. So and so is running around throwing sting grenades until they run out within probably 20 minutes of arriving. These officers keep throwing OC grenades and pepper spray that blow back on themselves. They’re coughing and gagging screaming at each other to stop throwing pepper spray. If there were a real threat in DC the citizens are in trouble."
