this took me about 14 weeks (3 months and a bit) calorie deficit, cardio, and heavy lifting! ⚠️ another disclaimer is I felt so uncomfortable in my before that I invested in an online COACH. these are the tips he’s basically given me and told me what to do. also just want to reiterate the second clips are me flexing and low lighting which obviously makes me look better, keep that in mind, ive still lost weight but those factors impact the aesthetic.
