Riverside County Employee Calls Citizen "STUPID" on Hot Mic During Public Comment.

I was called "STUPID" twice during my public comment to the Board of Supervisors on January 23, 2024. While Supervisor Washington said it was a citizen's right to call me "STUPID" if they don't like what I am saying as they sit in the meeting chambers, County Executive Officer - Jeff Van Wagenen disagrees. He also made it clear that it wasn't a citizen in the chambers but a County employee caught on a hot mic.
