In today's video, we delve into a concerning incident that has raised questions about the impartiality of the local sheriff's office. It's a story that hits close to home, as it involves their friend, Bill Earnest, who stands accused of assaulting another individual. While we'd like to believe that justice is blind, it's apparent that in this case, it's not.

We're here to shed light on the situation and the importance of a fair and unbiased legal system.

Side note-Mr. Earnest is very angry that he and his cohorts were held accountable in a civil fraud action where his friend was found guilty. https://integritynow1.net/jury-verdic...

The Incident: January 10th, 2023. William "Bill" Earnest struck a member in the face at a meeting causing pain. This can be seen in the video. The sheriffs office and county attorney strung this along for several months by phone and in person only to claim it was closed in February of 2023 with no charges. There is documentation to prove the string along.

Eyewitness Accounts: Not one eyewitness was contacted.

Sheriff's Office Actions: Presented are the actions and decisions made by the sheriff's office, raising questions about whether they have shown undue favoritism towards their friend.

Seeking Transparency: Our aim is to encourage a transparent and impartial investigation. We believe in the importance of justice for all, regardless of one's personal connections. It must be noted that Mr. Earnest is the Burnet County Republican precinct chair and an election judge.

Moving Forward: We'll discuss the steps we, as a community, can take to ensure that justice is served and that our local law enforcement remains accountable.

This video is about the fairness of our justice system and encouraging transparency and accountability. We believe in the principle that justice should be blind, and we invite you to join us in this discussion. Your opinions and insights are valuable in fostering a just and equal society.

Let's engage in a constructive dialogue about this important issue, and together, we can strive for a more equitable and just community.
