Falling Off of Spiritual Hygiene

Uploading all my YT videos here, this is from December last year. Much has changed since this.
My spiritual routine was one of the most important parts of my journey. Having a daily ritual of intentional ways to connect to myself and my guides was the main way I stayed aligned and sane. Honestly, without connecting to spirit daily, what are we choosing to connect to instead?

well, I had to learn this the hard way, and in the process, I cut myself off from all the guidance, blessings and important messages I could have been sharing. instead, I was anxious, depressed, self-critical, and wondering why everything I planted, failed to grow. it was really difficult to just sit down into my body and see what was there.

I knew what was there

I was afraid to admit to myself that I had abandoned myself, again. that I paid far more attention to everyone else, and failed to look at myself. lesson finally learned! It took having everything in my life crumble before my eyes before I could take a second and see what was missing. the key element to open the doors back to feeling alive.

I have Mary Magdalen, Persephone, and many other Goddesses to thank for reminding me of my power, my portal and my purpose. Spending time reading about the true story of Mary Magdalene has shifted things inside of me that do not allow me to go back to the way I was living. From what I am uncovering in this book, there is no way I would ever treat myself the way I have been for about the last 2 years! I am a Goddess! what the heck lol

It is time for all of us to get thwacked on the head by our loving spirit guides and remember why we chose to come down here to earth. To Activate, Awaken, and Acscend by sharing our joys and fruits on earth here now. To protect and honor Gaia and each other.

I look forward to connecting and encouraging one another in the shift into New Life here on earth.
