-Structured $18B in equity and debt financing to support a bid for Vivendi Universal; aligned high-net-worth individuals consisting of Marvin Davis, Texas Pacific Group, Apax, Alen & Co, Carlyle Group, Bain Capital, Blackstone, and other private equity firms for a total equity of $10 billion and secured debt financing of $8 billion from JP Morgan, Fleet Bank and Deutsche Bank.

Acquired Global Leisure Travel the parent company of several travel-rated organizations producing $220 million in annual gross sales, and held full-scope accountability for staffing, P&L, sales management, marketing, compliance and eventual sale to Carl Icahn.

Ramy sourced and negotiated the purchase of NeWays International for $700M. He strategically partnered with renowned businessman, Adnan Khashoggi.

Most recently In 2016 El-Batrawi formed YayYo, Inc. a holding company which lists amongst its assets Rideshare Rentals, a leading provider of rental cars for Uber/Lyft drivers.
