'Europe fighting its own producers' – German MEP

A 'completely idiotic' climate policy in Europe is the main reason for the farmer protests, German member of the European Parliament Gunnar Beck says. He added that the EU's current challenges are self-inflicted and that the protests would be over if the politicians were to 'switch on the light switch' in their heads.
