Healthy Snacks for the Week| Paleo Banana Bread and Taco Snack Mix

Hi friends, in this video will be trying 2 new recipes. The first is paleo banana bread using almond flour and honey. The second recipe includes a taco seasoning recipe and how I make my own taco snack mix. These are both really good! I hope you enjoy them!!!

Paleo Banana Bread-

Taco Seasoning-

Taco Snack Mix-
1 can (7 ounce size) potato sticks
2 cups Spanish peanuts
1 cup cashews
1/3 cup melted butter
1 recipe of taco seasoning mix

directions

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Combine potato sticks, cashews and peanuts in a large bowl. Drizzle with butter while gently stirring to thoroughly coat. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and mix well.

Place the snack mix in a 9x13 baking dish or on a baking sheet with sides. Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes at 250 degrees F, stirring every 15 minutes.

Let cool then serve or store in an airtight container for up to a few days.
