STATE CAPITOL, PHOENIX – Members of the media are invited on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. to join House Speaker Ben Toma, Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell, and Michelle Ahlmer, Executive Director for the Arizona Retailers Association, for a news conference at the Arizona State Capitol as they address important new legislation, HB 2435, that would help combat organized retail theft, a widespread and growing crime that is hurting consumers and businesses.
Speakers will address relevant questions at the conclusion of their remarks. Date:
