Dont you get it man, the fences were made like this from day 1 to leave some spaces for the illegal migrants. Even if the wall was complete still the people could cross it by digging under it for example. it would take them some time but if they are many and they hurry... Or they could bring a wire cutter with them and just cut the wire. Or even escalate it. The border wont be secure until many forces dont come at the borders. And then the migrant route will change via Canada. Its a cat and mouse game.
