Major "PINEAPPLE EXPRESS" Atmospheric Rivers elevated floods, wind risk, soaks California streets

Wednesday’s strong storm, the effects of which will likely be felt in Northern California will be a classic warm and wet “Pineapple Express”-type atmospheric river with subtropical moisture, with snow levels starting out very high (with rain even at pass level) before falling rapidly on the backside of the storm.
