Tailless whipscorpions or whipspiders

Smallish animals, Whipspiders are flat, lack a poison sting
and have no tail Thev have fangs, like spiders, but have no
venom. They have eves but operate much of the time bv feel,
asing the first pair of legs which is very long, thin, many-seg-
mented and whip-like. Whipspiders capture their prey using
heir massive spiked pedipalps in much the same manner as
praving nantises. The female carries her young on her back
ot a while. Whipspiders are found in most
