French farmers threaten to besiege Paris in tractor protest

Hundreds of farmers across France have blocked major highways and streets with their tractors in protest against low prices, high taxes and E.U. environmental regulations. NBC News’ Josh Lederman reports that farming unions have also threatened to block all major roads into Paris and drive their tractors to the presidential palace.
