Man wanted for violent carjacking and kidnapping in November

A man stole a woman's vehicle, forced her into the backseat, shot her, then drove around before she was able to escape in November 2017, police say. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is trying to find John Moreno, the man who's been charged with the aforementioned crimes. Police believe Moreno confronted a woman in her driveway on Nov. 16. He forced her into the backseat of her vehicle, then shot her before driving it, with her still in the backseat.
