Join Rubi, Sylvia, & I while we expose what the foster system is really up to as we dive into Rubi's personal experience growing up in the fraudulent foster system that has now taken her very own children.

In 2004, Rubi's parents were mistaken for a drug trafficking couple that lived in their some subdivision & thrown in jail. Rubi's mother states the police beat her husband very bad in front of the children before throwing them in jail. Her children were placed in foster care. Rubi's parents were released after the police realized they had the wrong people, but Child Protective Services did not return her four children. Elsa Rubi's mother had to fight family court for an entire year. In 2005, she wins in family court & Judge Robert Fairchild informs CPS to return the children. 

However, the California Department of Social Services REFUSES & Judge Linda McFadden overrides Judge Robert! The children are adopted out but Rubi NEVER adjusted to her adopted family & she runs away! So they place Rubi back in foster care! Now she’s an adult & they are doing the same thing to her that they did to her mother! 

Rubi needs our help to ensure her children's safe return. Rubi's children have made numerous allegations concerning physical, sexual, & mental abuse since being placed in foster care. Rubi's case worker even provided her with the predators name that sexually abused her children but nothing was done. The children remained in the predator's care for months before being moved & separated. Rubi's son was placed on psychotropic medication with out her knowledge or consent. Rubi has been threatened & slandered by multiple social workers for reporting the abuse.

Sylvia Beachy is the co-founder of Rescue The Fosters. Rescue The Fosters is an organization dedicated to giving a voice & support to current and former foster youth. Rescue The Fosters offers resources to foster youth aging out of the system to keep them off the streets & out of prison. Rescue the Fosters also offers support & guidance to parents navigating Child protective Services.

Rubi is a former foster youth and mother fighting for her four children currently in foster care. Rubi needs our help to save her children from the foster system!
