"The Chosin Few" monument in Cape Coral, Florida 1/28/24

"The Chosin Few" of the Battle of Chosin Reservoir in North Korea November 27th, 1950, to December 13th, 1950. The Communist Chinese entered the fight on the 27th of November and even though it was considered a victory for the Chinese Communist's, they lost 7 times what we lost for soldiers. The real victor though was how the US helped over 100,000 North Koreans leave the oppressive Communist regime and came to freedom in South Korea and many also ended up settling in the USA.
