The Wind Tore Apart this cheap snow fence. Repairs Needed!

I was worried about this. The wind pulled so hard on this cheap plastic snow fence that it tore right off the zip ties. I decided to reattach it using a 'pinch' technique. Also, at the end I take a relaxing walk around the property.
