Montgomery Kone Modded Unknown Traction Elevator - 424 South Gay Street (Knoxville, TN)

From the first looks, it looks like a "Junk-Neric" Mod with Innovation. Turns out it was a mod done by MontgomeryKone. I dunno, it's still kinda junk. lol

This was risky, so I did a quick ride on it. After the video, I heard walking on the M floor to the elevator, so I got out. I don't recommend riding this elevator.
