If you have oats and apples, make this diet apple pie! No sugar! No flour! No butter!

Ingredients:

Recipe 1
100 g(~1 cup) oat flakes
100 ml (2/5 cup) water
1 medium banana
2 medium eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of salt
cinnamon
1/2 cup(70 g) nuts
50 g(1/3 cup) dried cranberries/ raisins
bake 40 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
powdered sweetener(optional)

Recipe 2
200 g(7 oz) soft cheese
a pinch of salt
1 medium egg
1 teaspoon sweetener(optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
60 g(1/2 cup) corn flour
70 g(1/2 cup) oat flour
powdered sweetener(optional)
