The Secret Kindergarten Radio Show for Young Children Ep. 41

The daisy uses self-control to close up at night for protection. Then the daisy opens up during the day to attract bees for pollination. The daisy achieves its goal of spreading itself and beautifying the hillside meadows while helping the bees to do their job.

In early childhood, practicing self-control is important and closely related to outcomes in adulthood such as: physical and mental health; goal setting; concentration; academic achievement.
