If Mr. Conductor's Thomas Tales got rebooted

If Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends still needed a parent show to broadcast on American television beyond Season 4. Like Shining Time Station, it would have one or two Thomas & Friends episodes within the half hour. But like Mr. Conductor's Thomas Tales, the narrator would be telling the stories to animals instead of people.
