Putin, Lukashenko attend opening of memorial to lifting of Leningrad siege

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Aleksandr Lukashenko are taking part in the opening ceremony of a memorial in Gatchina district, outside St. Petersburg, dedicated to Soviet civilians who fell victim to Nazi atrocities during the Great Patriotic War (World War II).
