U.N.'s top court tells Israel to stop Gaza killings, stops short of ordering cease-fire

The International Court of Justice made a preliminary ruling in South Africa's case against Israel to stop the killing in Gaza and limit acts that can lead to genocide. The court also called on Hamas to release all of its hostages, but stopped short of ordering a cease-fire.
