This Greek yogurt strawberry, banana, oatmeal, peanut smoothie is a delightful combination of flavors and textures that will leave you feeling energized and satisfied. The creamy Greek yogurt provides a rich source of protein and calcium, while the rolled oats and peanut butter add a boost of fiber and healthy fats. The frozen strawberries and ripe banana provide natural sweetness and essential vitamins, making this smoothie both delicious and nutritious. The addition of peanut butter adds a nutty flavor and a touch of creaminess, making it a perfect treat for peanut butter lovers. Overall, this smoothie is a great breakfast or snack option that will keep you full and fueled throughout the day.

Ingredients:
1 cup whole frozen strawberries about 10 large berries or mixed berries of choice
1 medium ripe banana peeled and cut in half
¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
1 to 2 teaspoons honey
Water or unsweetened almond milk as needed

Instructions
1 Place all of the ingredients but the ice in a blender: strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt,
oatmeal, peanut butter, and 1 teaspoon honey.
2 Blend until smooth. Depending upon the size and power of your blender, you may need to
stop it and scrape down the pitcher a couple of times. If the mixture is too thick to blend,
splash in a little water or almond milk, stir to move the contents of the blender around, and
blend again; if it is too thin, blend in a few ice cubes. Taste and add additional honey if you
would like the smoothie sweeter. Pour into a glass and enjoy
