Against the Storm- 01

So This is a game I have been playing that is a timed city builder + empire builder. You build the cities but every so often a storm comes to knock them down. The main source of rage, later, will be the Loot Table Progression. Episodes will become 1 hr after a while, since most rounds take a bit over an hour.
