If a poor woman falsely accuses a billionaire of rape that happened 30 years ago (she doesn't even know the year) with no evidence at all in NYC, and the billionaire is a Republican or Trump, and you say "I didn't rape her. I don't even know her." That is grounds for a defamation lawsuit if you get a corrupt judge (and most are in Blue States and D.C.)
